Advanced-Flow™ Reactors (AFR) | Continuous Lab Flow and Industrial Reactor Technology | Corning

The future flows through Corning®Advanced-Flow™ Reactors.

From Feasibility to Industrial Production

From Feasibility to Industrial Production

Our Advanced-Flow™ reactors provide customers with a cost-effective solution, specialized engineering support, and more than 160 years of materials and process expertise. Corning® Advanced-Flow™ reactors are specially designed for the seamless transition from lab feasibility to process development to industrial-scale to multi-ton production of chemicals for the pharmaceutical, specialty and fine chemical industries.

Corning reactors are comprised of highly engineered fluidic modules that integrate heat-transfer and mass-transfer into a single piece of equipment. They can increase the efficiency, scalability, yields, and quality of chemical processing, which can reduce performance variability and cost.
